All round development of Handloom Textiles & Sericulture Sector for ensuring the upliftment of rural economy through introduction of modern technology and motivation by providing proper working environment and access to welfare facilities and to achieves better quality of life by increasing production of quality raw materials and finished products hence creating modern, vibrant and integrated high class textiles sector in Handlooms and Vanya Silk.

  2. To ensure proper working environment and access to welfare facilities  to graineures, reelers, spinners, weavers and other stakeholders to achieve better quality of life.
